Logo Design

I led the redesign of Next Generation’s logo with the goal of creating a bolder, more contemporary identity that aligned with the brand’s evolution. To elevate the perception of luxury, we focused on developing a strong, minimalist mark that could seamlessly translate across multiple channels. The design emphasizes structural elements, reflected in both the typography and the distinctive corner mark, to convey a sense of sophistication and timelessness.


Web Design

I designed and developed Next Generation’s website with a focus on highlighting the brand’s commitment to affordable luxury. The site prominently features high-quality imagery of their builds and interior design work, creating an immersive and visually compelling experience. To foster a sense of trust and connection, I incorporated team biographies, giving the website a more personal and family-oriented feel that reflects the company's values.

The user experience was a top priority. Clean and intuitive navigation guides visitors through key sections, including an About page, a gallery of past builds, current project showcases, detailed floor plans, and a dedicated page for virtual tours. The overall structure was designed to clearly communicate the full scope of Next Generation’s offerings, positioning the brand as both approachable and aspirational.

These print assets were created to support and elevate Next Generation’s print marketing strategy. From elegantly designed business cards and letterheads for day-to-day business use, to magazine advertisements featuring warm, family-oriented photography and messaging, each piece was crafted to reflect the brand’s core values.

This section highlights the versatile application of Next Generation’s logo across a range of brand touchpoints. From large-scale signage and advertisements to smaller details like custom stickers.

Also included is the comprehensive Brand Guide, which outlines the standards and usage rules for all brand elements, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all platforms.
